In the 3rd century, the Graoully terrorised Metz until Saint Clement locked it away beneath the cathedral. In 2023, Jonathan set it free and made it his business partner: Grainoully was born, an artisan coffee roaster based in Fleury, on the doorstep of Metz, in the walls of a family roastery running since the 1960s.
