This Privacy Policy is drawn up in French. This English translation is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
Intrépide Studio takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. This page explains what data we collect on intrepide.lu, why, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

2. The data we process and why
Contact (forms, email, telephone)
- Data: surname, first name, company, email address, telephone number, content of your message.
- Purpose: to respond to your request and, where applicable, to draw up a quote.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in responding to the requests sent to us.
Chatimini virtual assistant
- Data: your messages and the assistant’s replies, the language of the conversation, a random session identifier and, if you ask to be contacted, your contact details.
- Purpose: to answer your questions, to improve the assistant based on recorded conversations and, if you wish, to pass your request on to a member of our team.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to visitors to our website; your consent, requested in the chat window, for recording conversations and passing on your contact details.
You may refuse recording and still use the assistant. Replies are generated by an artificial intelligence model provided by Mistral AI (France). OpenAI (United States) is used to index our content and to analyse recorded conversations. We recommend that you do not share any sensitive information in the conversation.
Client relationship management
- Data: contact details, contractual information, quotes, invoices and correspondence.
- Purpose: to perform our services, invoice them and keep our accounts.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with our legal obligations.
Audience measurement
- Data: pages viewed, length of visit, device type, approximate location, technical identifiers.
- Purpose: to understand how the website is used and improve it.
- Legal basis: your consent, collected via the cookie banner.
Advertising and campaign measurement
- Data: pages viewed, actions taken on the website (for example sending a contact request), advertising identifiers.
- Purpose: to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Google and in ChatGPT, and to show you Intrépide advertisements on other websites.
- Legal basis: your consent, collected via the cookie banner.
Website security
- Data: IP address and technical browser data.
- Purpose: to protect our forms against bots and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the website.
We never sell your data.
3. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the Intrépide Studio team and, where necessary, to the following providers, acting on our behalf:
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): website and email hosting;
- Mistral AI (France): generation of the Chatimini assistant’s replies;
- Google: audience measurement (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads);
- OpenAI (United States): measurement of advertising campaigns run in ChatGPT, content indexing and analysis of Chatimini assistant conversations;
- Cloudflare: form protection;
- our subcontractors and external consultants, where necessary for a project;
- public authorities, only where required by law.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, which recognises that it offers an equivalent level of data protection. Some providers (Google, OpenAI, Cloudflare) may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified under it, or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention periods
- Contact requests and prospects: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Recorded conversations with the Chatimini assistant: 90 days.
- Clients: for the duration of the business relationship, then 10 years for accounting documents, as required by law.
- Audience measurement data: 14 months.
- Advertising cookies: 13 months maximum.
- Your cookie preferences: 12 months.
6. Cookies and trackers
We only place cookies that are essential for the website to function, such as those that remember your language and your cookie choices. All other cookies are placed only with your consent.

7. Your rights
At any time, you may:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- have it rectified;
- have it erased, unless we are required by law to keep it;
- restrict its processing;
- object to its processing, on grounds relating to your particular situation, and at any time in the case of direct marketing;
- receive the data you have provided to us in a readable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg, or online at cnpd.public.lu.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure: secure hosting, restricted access, encrypted connections.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the regulations. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
